There are tensions, relational struggles, and aggressive behavior among students in every classroom which can inhibit learning and create an unfavorable classroom environment. In this course, teachers will be taught on how to guide their classes through these processes, how to distinguish between conflict, different forms of bullying, and alternative forms of aggression which can become affect learning and self-esteem
